Sometimes the only thing stopping us from getting after the thing we want is to talk it through. As an ICF-certified coach, I have the honor to work with people and support them in the pursuit of their personal and professional goals. Coaching is about looking forward. We’ll meet one-to-one, either in person, via Zoom, or on the phone. We’ll talk for about an hour and then do it again two weeks later. You’ll have some homework in the middle. Most coaching relationships last six months to a year, but whatever works for you works for me.
My job will be to ask you questions. It turns out to be a powerful way to help you get clear about what you want, what you don’t want, and what you want to do about it all. While the conversations can get wonderfully deep and philosophical, coaching is very much about on-the-ground action and accountability. Most importantly, this will be your agenda and your choices. My role is to support you, not tell you what I think you should do or what I’d do.
For the record, I have a coach and it is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. If you want to know more, please reach out. Send me a note.
